It's really the title.
CLOSED UNTIL TOMARROW! I'm only using ones I like because there will be too many, submit your best! ANY THAT AREN'T BY SOMEONE ELSE WILL NOT BE POSTED. They need to be by another person.

Basically, you post a quote that someone else has said in a post you find interesting, good or just plain funny. Put who said it and what it was. So,

There will be three quotes a day (or so, depending on if this catches on).
Rules:
1. Can't be mean or innapropriate
2. Must be said by a SCRATCHER on the forums or general site
3. Must be by someone other than you.

My site Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.
