Why doesn't someone put together all all of the mods? That would be really awesome. I know this has been mentioned, but I haven't seen a topic. If you are doing this post here.
Hopefully this will help.

Why would modification owners want to let people steal everything that they rightfully own and mix it in with a bunch of other's mods JUST so that the one person who does this gets famous.

Well panther and BYOB may be merged after the source is released, but in some cases merging all the mods would cause a horrible mess, some mods have things that other mods avoided, im not saying names or anything.

This is part of why I made Slash. I want to make something that can do as much as possible. People can't compete over who's best, and we should work together to get one mod with every block and feature.

the problem is overcrowding, too many blocks and you have yourself a confusing, difficult to use mod. BYOB got round this by creating only 5 or so new blocks and Panther gets around it by letting you download the blocks you want for free, and possiby in the next version we will also have the ability to hide/show blocks individually. to save space.

BYOB allows the users to make blocks, thats why it doesn't have that many new blocks.

If you want (I'm redesigning the entire Scratch, why not do this too?) I'll redesign blockspecs so that the user can choose to show or hide both "groups" of blocks (can be defined in blockspecs, like
blockspecs := #(
(#category 'control'
('control block here' - blahBlah:)
(#group 'subgroup'
('subgroup block' - blahBlah:)
('subgroup block 2' - blahBlah:)
)
(#group 'different subgroup'
('subgroup block' - blahBlah:)
('subgroup block 2' - blahBlah:)
)
('not in group' - blahBlah:)
)
)) and individual blocks.
EDIT: some indentation will help.

Yeah. Although Panther does have CYOB. I think that means Create Your Own Blocks. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Yeah you are wrong, it means 'Code Your Own Blocks'
EIDT: But BYOB has some blocks that Panther doesn't. Like the: 'the script' 'the () block' and 'run' and 'call.' Also, if you combine the Organization of BYOB and the Power of Panther, It would be really good.

But it was originally called Custom Blocks, but everyone except me (the person who made it
) started calling it CYOB.... So really, you can call it whatever you want! It's original name isn't even used anymore!
