Radar- The Bounty Hunter 2X

For Radar 2, I recieved a tone of complaints about the enemies taking to long to defeat, and the game being really slow. So this is the updated version. Still the same game as Radar 2, but with a few inhancements and changes to help it match up to its precessor. I took in a lot of advice and suggestions, to improve both its game play and its polish.
