New scrach updates

Tell scratch about what they should add in the next scratch update.

I think they should make a 'multiplayer script', [ under block "control" ] A starting block that starts the multiplayer on your screen and allows you to see others and a stop block that hides all the other players so you can't see them but they can do what they were doing while you do something else.

They should also have a 'stamp sprite' [ under the block "pen" ]. What happens is if you make a sign up sprite and when they click on it and they complete the registration just make it broadcast or something and stamp the sprite [say it has the name 'player' ] and instead of making millions of sprites you would have one that gets stamped and saved to your game and when that person logs in there guy will be loaded and shown and can play on there saved guy.

I wonder what you have to say...

Re: New scrach updates

I'm not sure what the "multiplayer scripts" would do... Care to explain?

There already is a "stamp" block... Or do you mean something like sprite duplication?

Either way, online capabilities aren't available in Scratch as it is (well, they are, but not very widespread), and so you'd never end up making a registration page on Scratch anyways.
