The Project Club has been created. People joining the club will need to bookmark the gallery and add the other members as friends. So far, there are about 5 people in The Project Club and hopefully it will grow. Please don't add all your already existing projects in The Project Club at once because people normally don't view too many projects in a gallery, normally just the newest ones. Just add your best projects when first joining the Project Club. Also, please look at other peoples' projects or else there would be no point to the club. The Project Club is at:
http://scratch.mit.edu/galleries/view/88099
Enjoy!
P.S. When you get there leave a comment that you have bookmarked the gallery.
The members are:
Naivia(me)
Blade-Edge
Jaiku(making the gallery)
Itsmomito

hi. i have been at scratch from 2007 and i have felt defeated everytime i make a project.
I made a pong project-that probably got 20-30 views and 1-2 comments but i wanted lots and lots of feedback. I made an emulator of windows 7 and xp (it wasn't exactly an emulator but it worked)
I highly encourage this but i have 1 problem-If you have "1" gallery for all of the Projects it will:
1-Cause people to become so confused that they leave the gallery
2-Won't look at any projects at all
The solution:
Get people to run different aspects on a seperate gallery
E.G-The Project Club (snake)
This will mean you can put snake games you want on
Sorry for this being so long

Everyone knows you can't chat anywhere on scratch; Discuss, but not chat.Hey, I wasn't banned for spamming. I was banned for trolling
Low blow, by the way, to bring that up.
Does everyone not include most of the Scratch community?Looks like everyone has different ideas, but from my understanding you are allowed to chat, and discussing and chatting is almost the same thing! You can discuss about any topic.
Yes, You CAN chat on any project as long as the creator of the project has said you can....

1. You may join The Project Club 2. Problem 1- We don't post our comments about the projects in the gallery, but on the projects themselves. The gallery is for chatting and stuff.
Problem 2- People aren't supposed to post all their projects at once when they join, but one or two of their bests, so the gallery won't get overloaded with projects at once, then the next day add more projects and the next day... so on until there old projects run out(if you want to add all of them.) The purpose of this is to slowly add projects so that people will have a chance to look at all of them(normally they look at the top few. They won't look at 20 projects at one gallery in a day.) The rule is that you must look at other peoples' projects and bookmark the gallery or else there would be no point in The Project Club because no one is looking at other people's projects. Also, you have to add the other members of the club as your friends...
You may join the gallery at http://scratch.mit.edu/galleries/view/88099, just request to join in the comments.

This is so true. I would join this. I hate it when you make a great project, then you post it and no one sees it

Okay, you can join it at http://scratch.mit.edu/galleries/view/88099, and or at http://scratch.mit.edu/galleries/view/89476 the 1st one is the original, but no one is commenting on each other's projects except a few people including me. You should probably join the 2nd gallery.

You can't chat, chatting isn't allowed on galleries, forums, nor projects. Please take that out, because it can make users think it's okay to chat on galleries, and it's not.
Ha... hahahahaha
...HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
Who told you that?
Don't listen to this guy, he doesn't know what he's talking about.
You can chat on galleries, and you can use projects to reach people or ask them about certain things. The only place you aren't allowed to chat is here, in the forums. Carry on.[removed by Moderator]
Everyone knows you can't chat anywhere on scratch; Discuss, but not chat.
you're an [insult], to be honest.
you CAN chat on projects and galleries, just not on the forums. you fail.
get your rules straight before you start telling people off.

Well...it's not quite as clear cut as that. While chatting on the forums is certainly not allowed (and it's enforced) this article by andresmh suggests that it is not welcome on galleries or projects as well.

But that just mean it's looked down on, not that it isn't allowed at all. Kids will be kids, good times or bad unfortunately.

How do you get people to notice what you have made? I have made a great project, but I only have 4 views, and one of those is when i went online to check it was OK.

Go to the Show and Tell forum and post a topic with a link to your game
And I don't condone this but post the link on a few projects.
Add it to galleries that it fits in
