How do you contact the Scratch Team? And would what I say to them be visible to the public? I don't want to make a big deal out of this.

You can contact the Scratch Team privately through e-mail. At the bottom of this page, there is a link that says Contact Us <-- or you can click that link. You could link the Scratch Team to the page where you found inappropriate content, and leave a message along the lines of "I found some inappropriate content on this page."
The Scratch Team recommends that you flag the comment before sending e-mails. The Scratch Team will be notified, and will consider the deletion of the comment.
