put [url]and[ /url] around the url. (no space)

you mean (link to project) in a comment? If that's what you mean just paste the url of the project you want to link to into a comment and it will turn into link to project when it is posted.

Yes, the [url] and [/url] tags will do just fine on the forums. Even more so, you can do something like [url=blahblab.com]Go to blahblab.com[/url] to get your link to display something other than the URL; the example I just gave you should look like this (but the link isn't clickable):

Go to blahblab.com.

On the main website, you just need to copy and paste the URL of the page you want to link to and it will automatically make a link for you. Handy, huh?
