how to make a htm file

i was trying to embed my files to post them other places but i dont know how to make an htm file please hlp!

Actually, HTM is a standard extension to HTML files, too.

As for your question, just make the file with HTML code in it and name it with the extension .html, for example, name it page.html or hi.html.

Getting that page onto the web is a different story; you'll need a free web host. If you're just beginning with HTML (which I'd imagine you are), I'd advise webs.com (you need to choose some sort of manual mode), which is extremely limited and probably won't suit your needs. Otherwise, t35.com or 000webhost.com will do the trick just fine.

I am not sure you understand what that is. You are supposed to have your own website to do that, and for that you should get a web design program or learn HTML
