Re: A Question

An operating system, like Windows 7, Mac, Vista, et cetera.

On Scratch, it's a little like a simulation of one of those, or one that someone made up (my firedance for example)  smile  Hope this helps!

Re: A Question

OS stands for Operating System, which is basically the type of computer you use (for example, Windows XP, Mac OS X, etc.).

In Scratch a some people make OSes, which are made to look like a different kind of computer. SynOS, for example.

Does that answer your question?

I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.

Re: A Question

Thanks so much! I saw all kinds of OS stuff and was wondering what they were. I'm totally going to make one!
