"Set costume center" does not work right with the mouse pointer

I tried to set a costume center on a project, it worked fine, but I clicked with the top of the mouse pointer in the middle of the sprite. Then the cursor has been set, but at the end of the sprite (it's only 1x1 pixel). It looks like the cursor orientates at the MIDDLE of the mouse pointer. Why?

Yes, it not set center at the point of the mouse arrow but you can hold mouse button down and move center to the desired position

It's one pixel away from the tip of the mouse pointer on both ends.
