quote&________quote& and huge spaces bugs. What is up with that?

In despriptions for projects and galleries, sometimes you see quote&________qoute& (_______ is just what ever you are quoting). What is up with that? It makes stuff look ugly! And On one of my galleries (Scratch Awards) I pressed the enter key once and it make like 3 lines of space and everytime I edit the description, it keeps on getting bigger and bigger. Has anybody expirianced this? And the Scratch Team should fix this bug!

the quotes are because HTML interperets quotes differently. But the scratch team messed it up.... it's supposed to be " not quote&, so it doesn't work.
