No you can't. Scratch projects can't be saved a animation or movie files. Sorry, it looks like you will have to try it another way.

If you wanted, you could try connecting your computer to a TV instead of a computer monitor, then open your Scratch animation, go to Presentation Mode, and watch. It might be an okay substitute (not that I've tried it)...
