One comment per person could really limit stuff for users - a lot of them want to have discussions with me on my comments and I'd hate to tell them that's not possible. Maybe additional comments from users just couldn't count towards the comment count, though?

I mean, only one comment would count for the front paged. They can comment as many times as they want.
