Some Block Requests

Well, By Looking At The Title Of This, You Should Know That I Have A Few Block Requests.

My First One Is A <color [color] touching [edge, sprites, etc.] ?> It Reports If The Selected Color Is Touching A Certain Sprite, The Edge, Or The Mouse Pointer.

My Next One Is A [set [] to: [] ] Block. It's Sets The First Thing To The Second Thing.

For My Last One, I Just Need The Instance Code For The Scratch 1.2 Beta Comment Block.

Now, Heres The Good Part For You Guys:

If You Tell Me The Code For One Of The Blocks And It Works, Then:

1. You'll Get A Love It On 10 Of Your Projects.
2. I Will Advertise One Of Your Projects (You Choose Which One) On The Forums.

You Get To Do One Of Those, And You Get Credit In My Mod, Squirrel, Under The Help Menu.

So Now, If You Get The Code, Then Tell Me!  smile

Re: Some Block Requests

What do you want to use the set%sto%s block for? i don't see what it's used for or even how it works (e.g. does the text in the first box literally replace itself with the text in the second?)

Re: Some Block Requests

If its for variables, there is already

[blocks] <set{ variable1    }to( <{ variable2       }>[/blocks]

I KNOW. But You Could Use It For
[blocks]<set{   <x position>  }to( <y position>[/blocks]
Like Mentioned Earlier.

For x position and y position there is already

[blocks]  <go to x sad <y position>  )y sad  <y position> [/blocks]

and so  on.... So why need another block?
When we use Go to, x position is already set to y position

But Wouldn't It Be So Much EASIER For A New Block?

Ok. Point Is, If Anybody Has The Code For It, Then Tell Me!
