Sonic 2 Hack

I am looking for any people who would like to help me hack Sonic 2. Full details are here: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Vinchenzo/1108682

If you play Super Mario Bros. backwards, then it's about a plumber that runs away from his girlfriend after a mutant turtle comes out of some lava and builds a bridge.

Hack Sonic 2? Do you mean get into the level select and do debug mode? Or actually change the game?

I mean literally change the game. The project link doesn't work (I deleted the project), but what I'm aiming at is a whole different game. Sonic the Hedgehog 1.5. It explains how Sonic found Tails and the seventh emerald came to be. Feel free to post your level designs, bosses, music samples, and title screens here (no title screens with Tails in them please!).
