1. Open up Windows Explorer.
2. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Scratch\locale.
3. Delete everything except Scratch.pot.
4. Click "Continue" in the box that comes up.
5. Click "Continue" again.*
6. Close Windows Explorer when it's done deleting the files.
7. Create a new folder on your PC.
8. Open Internet Explorer.
9. Goto http://translate.scratch.mit.edu/.
10. Click on "All projects".
11. Click on "Scratch".

12-1. Click on a language.
12-2. Click "Show Editing Functions".
12-3. Right-click on "PO File".
12-4. Click on "Save target as...".
12-5. Navigate to where you made the folder.
12-6. Click "OK".

13. Close Internet Explorer.
14. Open Windows Explorer.
15. Navigate to the folder you made.
16. Select all of the files.
17. Right-click on one of them.
18. Click "Copy to folder...".
19. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Scratch\locale.
20. Click "OK".
21. Click "Continue"
22. Click "Continue" again.*
23. Close Windows Explorer.

You have now updated the Scratch translations. You have also installed a lot of Scratch translations. You should now have about 78 .PO files in C:\Program Files\Scratch\locale instead of 48.

Great tips! I'm not sure when I might use this, but if I ever came into a situation where I needed to use a language not installed in Scratch already, I'd definitely refer to this guide.
