WEP and WPA stands for different levels of router security.

I think the WEP is the Wifi connection's passwords - if your router uses them check for them (try asking your dad or Googling it) and configure your DS to connect with that password.
WPA is the same IIRC, but I'm not sure.

First of all, download the free web browser.
Then, on your wireless router, there should be a code on it. You enter that in when it asks for your WEP/WPA code.
EDIT: Oops, I have a DSi.

MAC address doesn't mean it's on a Mac... I don't know what it stands for, but it's kind of like an IP.

First, linksys makes a lot of different kinds of routers, so you'll need to find what type it is. It should say on the box, but if you can't find it, ask your dad for help.
Once you've found that, go here:
http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/wfc/en_na/routers/Linksys/index.jsp
That's the Nintendo support website. Click on your router, and it'll give you instructions on how to connect.
Good luck.

On the DS lite it's the same except you have to use a game with Wifi support, or buy the DS browser.

If you have no wifi compatible games then you can't go online. If you do go into your router's basic setup via the ip address http://192.168.1.1/ (default login is blank and default password is admin) then go to wireless->wireless security and make sure your encryption is set to wep and just enter the given access code into your ds. The only way to enter the wireless setup from a ds lite is though a Wifi enabled game so I am betting that your issue is that you don't have one such game.

To find your MAC address, go into CMD, and type:
getmac
It's the same as your Router's Physical Address. Or type
ipconfig
and read the first physical address.
It should be something like:
00-00-00-00-00
Or that.
