It's me, the one who you think is an annoying person because he posts things like 'I HAVE NO VIEWS!!!'. Well, firstly, I do NOT do that any more. And secondly, I have an idea for the website.
Instead of getting views the way Scratch recommends (EG: commenting, making friends, galleries etc.), you should get more views if you have been on Scratch for a long time. The longer the time you are on Scratch, the more views you get. Maybe Scratch could use an application to run on the network to attract viewers to projects that have been uploaded by Scratchers who have been on Scratch for a long time.
This is sort of what YouTube does, so I don't see why Scratch can't.
Scratch on!

Uh, age does effect views already.
More people view you as your projects get older.
Scratch wants new people to be viewed, actually.

This.
But also, the Scratch Team doesn't want new users to feel left out, and rather, want's them to feel welcome, and to see feedback, rather than waiting one year, and then they'll get views.
I hope you understand...

I understand, but some people don't really get views, even if they are on for a year or two. I'm saying this for non-popular people, not myself.

But how would it work?

This would be rather unfair to newer users...
Fortunately, you can always use the mthods that Scratch recommends: adding to relevant galleries, telling your friends, advertising in the Show and Tell forum, and more.
There are many great guides on getting famous in the Show and Tell forum - have a look through those and see if they help.

The old people would stay older than others - so the oldest people would always be on the front page.
