Downloads.nl is a site from another country. That's why it has the ".nl"

About it being legal? All I know is that I haven't been caught yet! Try the other site, roomp3.com. Or you can download from another site that is legal. There isn't a big selection available, but it might work.

Here's what you do:

Go to Google.com and type in: (name of song) supload
If you do a little searching, you should be able to find the song you are looking for on this site called Supload.com. It is a file uploading site, and it is legal to download things from file uploading sites.

Forgot to mention, the Rock Band tracks would be useful 'cause they have all the instruments separated. Someone could just take every track but the vocals and put them together in Audacity. After a quick Google search I couldn't find them though.

Guess what? I found a solution!

I was Youtube searching, and I found Lady Gaga songs without words. Here's what I think you should do.

I use this site for downloading mp3s from Youtube. It is legal.
Here's the site: http://www.listentoyoutube.com/

You can find the song you want on Youtube, and copy and paste the URL to the typing box on the site. Then you can follow the rest of the instructions.

As for finding the songs you want, just go to Youtube and search the "instrumental" version of both songs.
