How do I make moving Icons and signatures?
Where does everyone get signatures and moving icons?

You seem to have a signature... 
Anyway - go into your forum profile, select "Personality", and enter in text in the textbox below. However, sometimes signatures aren't available - click here for more information.
For moving icons, you'll need a GIF - make one or save one from somewhere, and select it in the "Change Picture" bit under your icon in your user profile.
