Programming Hierarchy
Hi, I'm making my own spin-off of Scratch, and no matter how hard I try, I can't figure out how to create a pallet (Control, Sounds, Looks, et cetera). Please help me out!

I wouldn't know how, but people will want to know what program, do you want it to be exactly like Scratch etc.
I'm glad to think that the community will always be kind and helpful, the language will always be a fun and easy way to be introduced into programming, the motto will always be: Imagine, Program, Share - Nomolos

No, I am basing it off of Scratch, not making a scratch project. Thanks though
