Problems with Panther and slow Scratch Projects

this is the link to the panther homepage. this program allows you to open scratch projects and build new ones with more detailed scripts, unfortunately, i opened a project i was working on (no backups, stupid me.) and now it runs really slow (like lag)and doesn't work because some scripts seem to be going before others. i opened other scratch projects online and they worked fine. I deleted Panther off my computer. Any suggeestions on how to make my project work again? Please help.

Hmm... Panther isn't developed by the Scratch Team, so maybe a better place to ask is here - the Panther programmers will be there.
