OK, on sousilver, ho do you get the boat to work to help Jasmine? Keep you posted on other questions!

Jasmine is in the lighthouse, not on a boat.

1) ~ First you go to the lighthouse, and climb to the top.
2) ~ Talk to Jasmine there, she will tell you to get medicine in Cianwood City Pharmacy.
3) ~ Then you surf to Cianwood City, get the medicine from the pharmacy, battle the gym, then use the HM fly to get back to Ollivine.
4) ~ Go back up the lighthouse and then give the medicine to Jasmine.
5) ~ She will heal the Ampharos then go back to her gym for you to battle her.

dragon cave is ok to ask help for, and this is too, yet I don't own the game, and click on my eggs, espesilly the one that looks really cool, and the paper one

I want to finish the game, but my sister wants to know how to fix the boat! Where do you get the surfboard? PLEASE TELL ME!

You don't get a surfboard, or fix a boat.

The boat goes to Vermillion CIty in Kanto. You get a ticket once you've beaten the league. And there is no surfboard.

You have to beat the arena in Ecruteak City. Then you go in the theater, beat the Team Rocket Grunt, and you'll get an HM. Teach it to a water-type pokemon and you now have the surfboard!

If that was that what you meant.
