Moderation advertisment?
With all these people posting their campaigns on the misc forum, the biggest spot for publicity the ones who will post threads late or not at all will be left in the dust with nobody voting for them... Everyone seems to be voting for their friends or the ones who have the threads.
My bet is that the unfortunate few in the candidates will not get any good votes because everyone raced to vote at the beginning of the election. Maybe we should have waited?

I agree. Some sort of central forum for Q+A would have been nice. Although assuming that 100% of the people who voted went through the Announcement topic instead of someone's link, only 105 people have voted!
