Scratch

The rules are:
A total of 36 projects will be allowed to be entered and at the end, when all slots have been taken, I shall take the best 18 projects and then it will be open to the viewers to get a chance to vote for what they think is best, judged by my final decision. Hurry!

The prizes:
#1-Winner: Scratch Award Trophy
#2-Runner-up: Medal
#3-2nd Runner-up: Certificate
