I don't think iamrpk is immature... I think I just don't see him on the forums that much

However you should be pretty active, or else it's like you're just being a mod for the status, which isn't the purpose of it. An average 1 hr a day average is good in my opinion

Just be respectful and helpful to prove you have what it takes, and you could probably greatly increase your chances.
