I need ideas for a game for a girl who is four.
Any suggestions? The controls can't be to diffucult, because its for my little sis.
Maybe a spelling game, she is learning how to spell 3 and 4 letter words basicly. She also likes music, violins in particular.

Perhaps a game where you spell 3-4 letter words and it plays a song on the violin?

A makeover game!

Maybe have a Dora type game where you have to get to the Violin by completely simple tasks like those in Dora The Explorer games. And the violin music will slowly get louder the closer you get to it.

This is kind of old.. But I might as well try to help, anyway.
Maybe you could try to make a game set in a little kid's room, and off to the side it has a picture of something that is three/four letters long, and you have to arrange draggable letters to spell out the name of what the picture is, then you get an item relating to what the word was to decorate the room. Example, you put a picture of a tree, then the letters T, R, E, and E show up, but in a random order. Then, you arrange them on platforms to spell out "Tree", and you get a frame with a picture of a tree in it to put in the room.
I don't really suggest doing a Dora (Or any other show) game, because then you have to have Dora sprites, voices, backgrounds, ect; that the little girl would recognize. I've been making games for my little sister for years. I've made her a few fairy dress up games, simple projects that explain how to use blocks in Scratch, games to help her with her spelling words, and the like.

You could ask my little sister, who knows this kind of stuff.
