How Do I Delete My Acount?

How do I delete my acount? becuase some people don't use their acounts often, and some people might want that username.

P.S.
Don't ask "Why would you want to delete your acount?" becuase it doesn't help.

Go here to contact at the bottom or top of scratch website fill out the info and in the message tell them the account you want deleted, ( recently did it ) then you will receive a response in your email  by someone
