How do you make one sprite go in front of another sprite or one sprite go behind another sprite? I did it once by luck but I can't remember what i did.

Two blocks handle this:The "go to front" block,and the "go back X layers" block.
I'm curious. Under what categories are those two blocks?
They're both in "Looks".
