Three questions.
1. how can I get the web template that was used on the site like scratch resources
2. could someone post a link to the audio sound that was used in the scratch video 'getting started with scratch'
3. how do I compile my scratch scratch mod zip folder into an exe?

1. You'll have to make that yourself, I'm afraid. You can get the images from the Scratch website, though. I'd be happy to make you a similar layout if you want
2. Sorry, I haven't seen that video.
3. All you need to do to make your mod an EXE is to put the actual Scratch EXE in with that folder. The Scratch EXE is a Virtual Machine, meaning it basically runs what's in the Squeak file next to it.

no, for 3. I need the installer, not just an application and 1. yes could you?

I suppose I could. You want something pretty much exactly the same as this site?
And for the Installer, there are plenty of programs which act as an installer out there.
