The World's Hardest Game (help with levels)
I'm currently working on making a The World's Hardest Game copy for Scratch. I have levels 1-3 done, but I'm stumped on doing level 4.
It's basically a "windmill" of circles that spins around . I thought about just using lines for the windmill, but I'd rather avoid that. How would you replicate this?

Make a sprite for the windmill, and have it rotate.
