I ask you to STOP it.
You're making us mad.
I agree, Scratch is for programming, but as long as there is at least a little programming in the art project, it's fine. So, you have no valid reason to hate art, and especially animation. Sorry, but you are just WRONG. We can do what you like to do, and we can do what we like to do, but we don't need to fight. *holds out right hand; waits for returning handshake*
We are gasoline, and you are lighting the fire. This will tear Scratch apart. I'm sorry, but this kind of violates the Terms of Use.
Be respectful. When sharing projects or posting comments, remember that people of many different ages and backgrounds will see your contributions.
This is NOT respectful, and it has to stop.

I have an opinion, you have an opinion.
Stop taking mine away.

And this is once again just flamebait for arguing about arguing.

Yes animations especially cuz the timing and effects are backbreaking! especially when you have to keep on replaying the EDIT: animation to get the timing, etc. right, lol (usually with longer ones tho). I'm working on an animated movie that is 3:30 minutes long 0,0. I'm almost done with the background timing, the first thing to be done lol.
the thing with animations is that it's like a game, where there's moving characters and there's backgrounds, you just can't do anything about it. it's set out for you lol.
P.S. I think people choose art over games usually cuz it looks more appealing. That's why things get top viewed or whatever. A catchy title and picture should help

People, I think that's enough of this topic. I believe the position of the Scratch Team has been made abundantly clear - be respectful to all Scratch users, regardless of the type of project they are Sharing. If people are leaving mean or disrespectful comments on your projects, please flag them.
