Motion Blur Effect
I think it would be cool if you could motion blur sprites in Scratch.

I think there WAS a blur effect in Scratch 1.4's development, but it didn't make the cu. Maybe Scratch 2.0?

I have the 1.4 beta, and it's not in there. I've looked in my own, personal archives (which I collected myself!) of Scratch 1.0-1.4, and there are no "motion blur" effects in any of those.
