how to change your background in windows 7 starter

if you have an asus eee pc than you can click on the thing at the top of the screen, go to tools, go to system settings, then browse, and change the background to what you want

I know. But I have a Samsung N150.

Anyway, when I get more money, will buy Professional/Business/whatever they call it, or at least Home Premium.
