Alright, so I was trying to change some stuff (basic stuff, block colors and the like) and while doing so (eg. messing around with the white area, trying to bring up squeak, my finger slipped in the first menu, and I clicked on something. I don't know what, for a split second my cursor looked different, although I don't recall what it did look like. Then Scratch closed. I tried to re-launch, but a message that said that I was missing squeakV2 came up. So I did the logical thing and reinstalled, but when I did so, Scratch.exe stayed on my comp. So I deleted the file clean off my drive (It's not sitting in my recycle bin) and reinstalled. The file was replaced, and Scratch launched as normal, as it does when you exit the uninstaller, but now, when I click on either the shortcut or .exe the process for Scratch is started, but no visible or otherwise window appears. Here's a list of items in the folder containing Scratch:

EDIT: Fixed! Well, sort of. You have to run it as administrator (Right click and click on the "run as administrator" option)
Wow, I really screwed up. But there's a moral here. Don't play with fire, you may get frozen in a block of ice.
