Ooh - using the same graphing technique of the average number of posts per day from both me and FloatingMagicTree in the last 30 days that I used to calculate when DaGames would pass FloatingMagicTree, I found that if we both keep posting at the same rate, I'll pass him in just about 35 days! How impressive...
Apparently, I post an average of 40.1 posts every day within the last 30 days 
And in the last 30 days I've made 1205 posts.
If I had posted at this rate all along, I would have joined the forums just about 136 days ago 
Which isn't true.

Just divide your post count by the number of days you've been on the forums. In your case, 198 divided by 21 is about 9.4 posts per day.

Ah, but you are missing my 30-day averages!
I just do a search for all posts by a specific user and then find a post that was close to 30 days ago. Then, I divide the number of posts they had since then and divide that by 30, and voila!
Oh, and I use the Mac OS X application "Grapher" to graph the results. They're pretty shocking!
