Scratch for the iPod touch/iPhone !I really need help Scratch!

PLEASE HELP ME SCRATCH
Everyone has said there is Scratch on the iPod/iPhone but now as I know they toke it away from the app store But saddly ....
They toke it away again
can you tell me if it's coming back on the iPod touch?
