Not to be annoying, but Splonder isn't really much of a help when making a platformer, its just a game making program without the programming.

But he/she would like to be a tester. Then it is not so neccessary to have made a platformer
You're in.
I know, just pointing out.

just a question in the platformers were going to make what kind of obstacles are we looking at. Lava, enemies, falling land, explosions?

we don't really need another sound composer. I think one can manage it. if anything needs more its the scroller programmers.

on this it would take a very long time to make falling land on scrollers. The others i can do but i'll need the sprites.
And are the sprites going to be drawn, because i know a great place to get sprites.

Ok, if you mean...
I'll close the group sound composers.
And I'll ask the Scratch Team for disabling the 60 second rule. <-- Not really, but I wish me the 60secondrule were disabled.
And a little bit of topic:

And this thread gets dusty. Let's make a platformer. I've got an idea! Stickman platformer!
MathWizz, could you check out my PE "The smoothest physical engine ever" and make it more real? Can Piepiepie297 (or floppy_gunk) make me a stickman with smooth animations? (going, jumping, etc.) And please, floppy_gunk, make me hard levels. Scratch stage size (480x360), and black-white. The easy levels and the platformer programming I'll do myself.
I hope it would be a great platformer!

Okay, i'm gonna need sprites for mines, explosions, the lava (if not i will just make a basic red), land for the falling land (should look different than regular land) and enemies. And make the basic layout of the map, i will take out and edit for the obstacles.

I know i was just letting people know what has to be done before i can edit it
