I think people would misuse it with things like 'I'LL FINE YOU IF YOU REMIX MY AWESOME PROJECT' And paying for a request... well a request is supposed to be free

Whoever ran Misc wouldn't allow people to fine each other for remixing projects or something.

I'm not saying to use Misc to get people to love-it their project. I'm saying that it can be used to pay someone for helping you with a project or something.
Also, unless you only have 2 Misc or something, it doesn't matter if it takes 24 hours for the list to be updated.
