Does it say "Failed: Unknown Reason" when you try to upload it? Hmm...
There have been many problems with sharing projects recently.

That "unknown reason" bug happens too often. First, try unchecking the box that says "compress sounds and images". Sometimes it causes that error (I don't know why).
If you still can't get it to work, try just waiting. Sometimes you get that error when they're working on the server.
I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.
