Use the flag as innapropiate button, and put plagiarism or copied as one of the tags.

You can do this by going to the user's project, and clicking the flag as innapropiate button. Then say why you want to flag this project.

Re: Copying Outbreak, PLEASE READ

I don't think you should be advertising or saying the names of who is copying projects in the forums. It's not really a big problem if you are worrying about credit, because it will probably say that it is "Based on" your project, giving credit.

Re: Copying Outbreak, PLEASE READ

Zelda123 is right, posting links to copiers or bad projects etc. only advertises them.
Use the contact us link on the bottom of the page.

And, just don't pay attention to these projects, see it as an advertisement to yours!

PS: Maybe the scratch team can implement a "copy check" in the upload system. If the project is a remix, you can check if the sb file is the same as the original one. If it is, the project won't be uploaded. I've posted this on a new thread: see this thread

Re: Copying Outbreak, PLEASE READ

Zelda123 and JSO are right. People copying are just wasting their time. Your projects are still yours and it's obvious from the date that you shared them first. In addition there is the "Based on...", so what's the problem?

I agree, copying AND claiming that the project is yours is not nice and should be avoided but do not use the Flag as Inappropriate to report that.
