To be honest, I don't really mind to much any more. And this is just for fun. It's perfectly friendly. Me, nor fg123, will decide that you're our mortal enemy if you choose the opposing Scratch OS.
Important Notes:
YES, we all can agree neither are real Operating Systems. I don't want any one trying to act all smart and give a big speech about it. (It's happened before.) Also, I'm sure both me and fg would want a reason for your pick, so MAKE SURE you use the correct grading system (mentioned above) and feel free to say what we could improve on.

That's okay. It is a hard choice.
Just do the grading thing above, and don't compare them. Just give them both a fair score. The one with the biggest total will get the vote.

Nice graphics, If fixed up a little could be perfect.
-Performance 9.5/10
Smooth performance - Window features lock to each other perfectly - runs fine on my system and ghost-in ghost-out effects are superb. I absolutely love the login screen!
-General Appeal 7/10
Severe lack of applications of good quality bring this OS down, but overall the bare basic features are great and do the job.
-Total 26/30
Xenotype
-Graphics 5/10
Bad underlying graphic design, sizing makes image quality horrible and the desktops aren't too great.
-Performance 8/10
It works, but some things aren't as smooth as I would like them to be.
-General Appeal 5/10
No bundled applications at all? What? Also, I REALLY don't like unnecessary loading screens...
