Don't cry; don't be sad! 0Zero is happy wherever she is, so we can be happy too!
Twas joking at the last part, so I edited it out. *sigh*
Can't anyone, for once, believe me?

Yah, just trying to cheer people up. Just if people were wondering why I was so depressed...............letting them know....didn't want to make a fuss about it.......but it did....so I'm saying it's fine.

If you're friend died, you wouldn't be "partying." If it were me, I'd be and home crying and hitting myself.

You're acting very unnaturally about this. I'm starting to think it was all a stunt. Like dingy suggested.

For once, I agree.
As I said above, if I were you, I'd be crying, depressed, and hitting and slapping myself.

I'm trying to cheer myself up.
Just reading all the sad responses, I tried cheering other people up, too. I'm not lying.

I for one don't.
Sometimes if someone does die that was important in your life, you can still tell yourself to move on and continue on.
And somelia is just trying to make this forums a little bit less depressing, apparently because she(?) might feel responsible for making everybody depressed.
If this was indeed true, then the things that you people are saying might hurt somelia even more.
Just voicing my opinion here.

You match my feelings exactly. On the inside, I'm still crying....and trying not to show it. Me a coward.

Are you happy? I edited out the last part!
Now you're making me....mad/sad/horrible in every way.

Why is everyone being so mean to somelia? If one of your friends died, would you like it if people said that you were making it all up?

I'd like to reiterate what was said previously:

One of the difficult things about the anonymity of the internet is that it's tough to know what is real, and what isn't. So it makes knowing how to react to these kinds of situations really hard. If it's real, then this is really sad, and we should respond with kindness and compassion. But, as we've seen several times both in our community and in others, often claims of loss or tragic death are faked to get attention, or just to see what might happen. That's one reason why we added this line to the Terms of Use:
"Be honest. Don't pretend to be someone other than who you are or try to game the community."
When you can't be sure if the loss is real or not, it makes sense to be skeptical - but not disrespectful. There's no sense in arguing. If it's a lie, that just gives the person who created it more attention. If it's not a lie, then arguing could be really hurtful to someone who has experienced something really hard. So we just say, respectfully, "We're sorry for your loss", and leave it at that.

There have certainly been a few cases in the past where people have made claims on Scratch of tragic events simply to gain popularity. And that's a pretty sad thing...to deceive other people and manipulate other people's emotions for, essentially, their personal entertainment.
However, I would be very hesitant to accuse anybody of such behavior directly simply because it is essentially unprovable. And if you are wrong...you will create emotional damage with your accusation. The best policy might be to give your sincere condolences with the hope that they are not wasted on a fiction.
There has been enough agitation in here already, we do not need to make it worse.

What Cheddargirl said ^^
And besides, why would she lie about something like that? If it actually happened, and you were lying, she'd hate herself for the rest of her life because of it.
I think there's a lesson to be learned here though:
DON'T GO ALL EMOTIONAL ON A WEBSITE.
Keep things like that to the real world, to talk about it with friends and family, not a bunch of people you don't even know.

I agree with mkolpnji, cheddargirl (and all she quoted), and 08jackt.
Really, you can't tell how sad she is. She has no voice over the internet. You can't look out her to see how she is feeling. For all we know, she could have barely been able to type those word.
And where somelia was wrong was that she thinks she is a coward. But really it takes a lot of courage to share this.

I believe that 0Zero's death really happened two days ago.
I wish i could of known her better, though. She seemed like a really nice person
