I work at a high school where the ICT department utilise Scratch as a teaching resource. One of the ICT teachers gets a Fatal VM error when opening Scratch (dump file attached at the bottom). I have narrowed it down to a local profile problem as I will delete his profile from C:\Documents and Settings\, he will log on and Scratch will load up and work for a few days then he will get the same error again.
I have tried to create a new user account for him and the program will work fine for a few days then give the same VM error on his new user account. I find this strange how it is just isolated to his account/profile. The ICT teachers use a mandatory profile so if it affects his account it should affect the other ICT teachers accounts but it doesn't!
Uninstalling and reinstalling the program does not fix the problem.
I am stuck as to what to do now. Please help dev. team.

Is this still a problem? I see that it's a month old...is it fixed and if so, what was the fix?
