When you have multiple messages do you
1) Start at the top and read to the end?
2) Start at the end and read to the top?
3) Scan for interesting messages and read them first?
4) Read in a completely random order?
5) Not read them at all?
6) Other
I'm just curious. I always start at my last message and read up. Am I weird?
Edit: So I'm not weird... Quite a few people read them oldest to newest...

I open all my messages in tabs and then send quick 'thank you's to the ones that say they like my projects (the order I reply depends on whichever tabs finish loading first). Then I reply to those comments that ask questions.

I see... That's not one I would have thought of! I'll add "Other" to the list.

I'm a three... although I usually ignore when people randomly add me to their friends... if their projects look interesting, I might comment/favourite/love-it on them, but I rarely add people to my friends list, unless I have spoken to them a few times, or want to keep track of their projects...
I like comments where people ask me how to do something with Scratch best - that way, I feel like I've contributed something other than "Thanks
".

Sometimes I do #4.
Most of the time I do #2.

i start from the bottom and go to the top however i'll ilways do friend requests last. I'll add anyone who adds me to my friends list too.

I start from the top.

I start from bottom to top (oldest to most recent). I read all replies on other people's projects before I read comments on my own projects. I skip all friend requests then read them last.

2, usually

I read bottom to top (oldest to newest)

I always read them oldest to newest, because I figure the oldest ones have been waiting the longest to be answered. *shrug*
There's really no reason for it other than that. ;D

I start from the bottom; those are the older messages. Before I read through them, I delete the friend list messages.

I pick at what's interesting in a random order and continue up randomly so I finish them all. I'm systematic.
6, I believe?

Sometimes I do older to newer, but usually I do 3. xD

Thats the order they came in. Conversations must be heard in order.
Offline
I just read them in whatever order.

(immature giggles)
I read them from top to bottom.

I read from oldest to newest, I always add anyone who added me to their friends.... the only problem with my way is that I never figure out which message is the oldest unread since I never delete my messages...

Why not? Deleting them is a lot easier to keep track of, and I think once the scratch team made everyone delete their messages because it was taking up too much server space and slowing down the site. I never understood why people don't delete messages...
