Well I'm not a spammer. I just post on multiple topics.

i think the required time should be reduced to 35 seconds instead of 60 because it makes it hard to go from topic to topic or try to have a conversation with someone.it also has been reported to cause people to go off and do something mean while their computer shuts off and sometimes deletes their comment!                     ^

Edit:no it does not make people do something mean it makes them do something away from the computer while the computer shuts down and deletes their comment.

Im not sure. I wanna join but I like the rule (sort of) because it helps cut down spam. It CAN be very annoying though.
