You could be an extra. My city has recently started to have some movies and TV shows filmed in it and there are lots of calls for extras.

Try to figure out which local TV/movie crews are in your area and check to see if they are holding any auditions - even if they are for minor roles, they still contribute to something and look good when you go for other upcoming auditions. Keep in mind that most TV/movie crews will want to have some kind of recording of your talents before making any official auditions, so you probably want to prepare something in advance and have that in handy.

If you want to build up your acting skills, look into theatre, as this is usually where most TV/movie actors get their start in their acting skills.

Have you tried an armed robbery / hostage crisis?
Hire someone to fake hold up the bank then somehow defeat him and then tell the police he's insane. That way when he keeps saying "The kid hired me to do it" it would seem completely true
