Yes I Thought So. That Is Why It Has To Stop. How Do You Manage Typing Like This? The Reason It Has To Stop Is Because It Is Annoying. Don't Do It.

It's the Caps Lock filter. It automatically makes the words like that if the entire post is in caps.

Yes - But it IS annoying....Both THE CAPS LIKE THIS and Typing Like This Too...People sometimes DO type like that, or are too lazy to fix it when the Caps filter changes it. People cheat through the CAPS LOCK filter sometimes, but it's a waste of there time doing it in Caps...Example:
Look!->XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXCAPSCAPSCAPSXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX<-!kooL
OR:
CAPSCAPSCAPSCAPS
But for the above, quote this to see how they do that. It's VERY simple.
