It'll have to be the GIF format - there's plenty of websites which have a vast number of these icons available for free, or you can make your own with programs like GIMP.

Try restaring your computer - that's the best I can think of right now.

If your computer is really old or has really low specs, that can happen...

Go to those forums and make a new topic, it works just like these forums!

For some reason but it doesn't have the option 'Post new topic'. (Sorry for sounding like a nag!)
