Flagging sends a report to the Scratch Team to review - if they do ban the user, they can also use IP bans that prevents him/her from using alternate accounts. 

IP bans are a last resort, though. Or so they say

I find that hard to believe 
Anyway, that would mean you just responded to a troll attack and tried to troll them back.
Don't give new members bad advice; that's exactly what they shouldn't try to do

I didn't troll them back, I said,"Why do you find my project bad?" and they were like,"Urm..." and the others were like,"Yeah, why?"

Not exactly. The others were the ones humiliating. They were the ones going,"OMG NOOB", "TROLLLL", "TROLLER" and "Flagged".

When someone does this it is considered 'trolling'. Trolling is when someone decides to post something off-topic, that is rude or hurtful, just to get a reaction.

So How Do I Stop It?

Trolls are here for one thing. To annoy us. To get a reaction from us. So the best way to stop trolls is to not react!

When you get a rude comment like the one above, here's what to do:

◕ DON'T react. Don't even reply to them. Replying or reacting to them is what they want, eg. 'feeding the trolls'.
◕ If they are making rude comments on your projects, click the 'flag as inappropriate' button at the bottom left of their comment next to 'reply'.

◕ If the rude comments continue, report the incident(s) to the Scratch Team. You can do that by clicking here.
◕ Add the person making rude comments on your projects to your ignore list if you no longer wish to recieve comments from them:

I have something to add to that: THE SUGAR BOWL METHOD (only use if ignoring them hasn't worked. WARNING: be cautious of your own comments. You may be labelled as annoying, but do you need these people in your life anyways?): If you have to reply, though, act sweet. Then friend them. Be as sickeningly sweet as cotton candy. Don't counter-attack with your own flames. Maybe there will be a reaction, but you can use my favorite saying, "I'm just trying to be NICE to you." Chances are, they will feel guilty and stop. If not, there happens to be a lovely little thing to the left called the ignore list. Use it. You aren't offending another user, and it's actually entertaining in the meantime to come up with a whole army of angelic comments.

These are some very helpful tips!
The fourth comment I ever got was "This project sucks". I found this little X thingy next to the comment and added the user to my ignore list.
